Carousel Skate Center has been the Wichita roller skating birthday default for decades, and the formula has barely changed: a wood-floor rink, rental quads and inline skates, top-40 and throwback music, an arcade in the back, and the city's largest indoor Play Zone separated off to the side for kids twelve and under who want a break from skating or who came along as younger siblings.
